Quick answer
The Starfield Commander Sarah Morgan action figure is a detailed collectible tied to the Colony War quest in the Free Lanes update. It comes in sealed or unsealed packaging, and your choice affects display and long-term value.
In-game collectible with a story
This figure is not just a real-world item—it also appears as one of 27 Colony War Action Figures you can find in Starfield's Free Lanes update. Each figure can be found in either sealed or unsealed packaging, giving you two versions to collect in-game. The Commander Sarah Morgan figure represents a key character from the Colony War, adding lore value for players.
Packaging choice matters
The figure is available in both sealed and unsealed packaging. Sealed packaging preserves the figure in mint condition, which may appeal to collectors focused on long-term display or potential resale. Unsealed packaging lets you pose and handle the figure freely, but the box may show wear over time. Neither option changes the figure itself, but your storage and display habits should guide your choice.
How to choose your figure
- Sealed packaging: Keep the figure in its original box for a pristine display. This option is best if you want to preserve the figure's condition over time or plan to keep it as a long-term collectible. Check the box for any damage before purchase if condition is critical.
- Unsealed packaging: Open the box to pose or handle the figure freely. This is ideal if you want to display the figure out of the box or use it as a desk accessory. Be prepared for the box to show wear if you store it after opening.
- Lore connection: The figure is tied to the Colony War storyline in the Free Lanes update. If you enjoy in-game lore, this figure adds a tangible link to that quest.
